How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete via App (Recommended)
- Open Dog Breed Identifier app
- Go to Profile tab
- Scroll to bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm by typing "DELETE"
Option 2: Email Request
Send email to: jasonjiaox@gmail.com Subject: "Delete Account Request - Dog Breed Identifier" Include: Your registered email address
Data Deletion
What Gets Deleted:
- ✅ User account (email, password, profile)
- ✅ All uploaded dog photos
- ✅ Analysis history and results
- ✅ Usage statistics
- ✅ Subscription data
What's Kept:
- 📊 Anonymous usage stats (for app improvement)
- 📋 Legal records (if required)
Data Retention
- Account data: Deleted immediately
- Server logs: 30 days
- Backup data: 90 days
- Anonymous stats: Permanent (no personal info)
Important Notes
⚠️ Permanent: Deletion cannot be undone ⚠️ Subscription: Cancel subscription before deleting account ⚠️ Backup: Export important results before deletion
Cancel Subscription
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Account → Subscriptions
